Named On A Tuesday

…is the second chapter in a series of 7. It is a chronicling of my journey towards my goal of being a master artist/teacher/father. My goal is to achieve that by the end.

When you first begin to learn a craft there are people who will tell you, "you are not good, perhaps, you should stop". As you become proficient and wish to learn something new or try something different the words may change; "perhaps, you should stick to what you’re good at", for there is a habit among some who are confined to the earth to keep others out of heaven.

For the kind ones, it is simply their desire to save you the embarrassment and pain of the fall.

But the earth is necessary. It gives space to plant seeds for our success. But be aware, too, of the hoarders who live in the sky and don't wish for others to join them. They use the same language to achieve similar goals of prevention. The sky is open though. It is accessible to those that grow and reach and build continuously. And that is what your journey is. As an artist, as a human, to simply…keep going.
